At this time our support team must change the account information for the main parent. You will be asked to verify your identity before any changes are made. Our agents must change any profile information for the main parent, but for others on the account, the main parent can make changes through the “Manage Profile” section in “Settings”.

Can’t find a phone number or email to update address
I also am having the same problem. I need to update our familys address. I tried to call number on back of card and it does not allow me to update address.
Need to change my address. No information on the app as to how to do this
Why can't I just update address information in the app or online like every other account? It's 2025 and I need to do this during your business hours? Please fix this.
