Pending Notices In Activity Feed

“Pending” next to one of your transactions in the activity feed means the transaction has not completed and our system, card provider or investing partner is still processing the transaction. While the majority of our transactions are almost immediate, there could be a delay of a few days based upon the transaction. If your wait is more than three business days, we recommend an agent reviewing your account.

  • Is the long "Pending" process a normal and expected function? I was hoping for a use case where I could load the card with say $50 for my kid going out with friends that evening. If it's not immediate and pending for days, I cannot use this card this way. What is the expected pending time? Is there any chance your looking to shortening this time?

  • Why are payments suddenly pending for days?!?!? I sent my son money while he was away assuming he could use it immediately.
