Issues Opening Brokerage Account

If you receive an error message after enrolling for a brokerage account, some data you entered didn’t match the legally required identity verification that's performed or you have a credit freeze/fraud alert placed on your credit reports.

Data errors (misspelled words, wrong date of birth, address or SSN) can be managed with a screenshot of a current drivers license.  However, if you have a security freeze/fraud alert on your credit reports, you will need to unfreeze all three credit bureaus and notify our support team. We don't conduct credit checks.
