Issues Opening Brokerage Account

If you receive an error message after enrolling for a brokerage account, some data you entered didn’t match the legally required identity verification that's performed or you have a credit freeze/fraud alert placed on your credit reports.

Data errors (misspelled words, wrong date of birth, address or SSN) can be managed with a screenshot of a current drivers license.  However, if you have a security freeze/fraud alert on your credit reports, you will need to unfreeze all three credit bureaus and notify our support team. We don't conduct credit checks.

If you received an error message due to a security freeze/fraud alert and have temporarily removed it in order to continue, please contact our support team at help@busykid.com or through chat in the app.
