If you receive an error message after trying to open a brokerage account, it may be because the information you entered did not pass our legally required identity verification, or because there is a credit freeze or fraud alert on your credit reports.
Common data errors—such as misspelled names, incorrect date of birth, address, or Social Security number—can usually be resolved by providing a photo of your current driver’s license. If you have a credit freeze or fraud alert, you will need to temporarily lift the freeze with all three credit bureaus and notify our support team. Please note, we do not conduct credit checks.
If you received an error message because of a credit freeze or fraud alert and have now lifted it, contact our support team at help@busykid.com or use the chat feature in the app to continue with your application.

[MP2]No one has ever shared a name change with me until now. Does this change need to be referenced in all places related to investing - current and past? We have marketing materials using the same reference.
