Enrolling GrandKids

We have many grandparents sign up their grandkids as a way to help them learn to manage their money. To do this, 

1. Download our app 
2. Start the enrollment process with you as the main parent
3. Use your address when asked. Though you may live in a different place than the grandkids, putting in the wrong address will result in cards being unapproved. 
4. Connect a checking account (you can also do a credit/debit card) as a funding source.
5. Add kids information and chores, if you want. If the intention is just to give money, you can use the bonus button to do so.
6. Check out the activity feed to see that your card order was processed

Card orders take about 10 business days to process and deliver. Once the cards arrive, you’ll need to get them to your grandkids.

If there comes a time when you would like the parent to take over the account, our support team can help make the change.
