Our support team is available every day through the help tab in the app (which includes chat) or phone (201-597-0827) seven days a week at the designated times. The times are 7 am to 7 pm (Arizona Time), Monday thru Friday, and 4 pm to 6 pm (Arizona Time) on weekends.
Our support office will be closed on all banking holidays, but also, the following holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas eve and Christmas Day.
