These are funds that have been returned to you but can't be moved directly to the attached funding source for one reason or another. These funds can be used for paydays and bonuses whenever you’d like. If you would like these returned to you, our support team can do so but you may need to connect (or refresh) your funding source. If you use a credit card as a funding source, funds can only be returned through PayPal. Please contact our support team and provide an email associated with a PayPal account.
