Can I Get A Refund?

There are no refunds for any subscriptions. A customer can get any money inside a child account or on a card at any time through various features of the app or by. using an ATM (for funds on a card). 
If you’re closing the account, all these funds will be returned as part of the process. Depending upon your funding source, the remaining funds may need to be returned via mail.

  • Last year I had to cancel my daughter's card because the information was stolen.  I have tried multiple times to get the card replaced.  I never received the replacement.  I tried to cancel the card over the phone and had no success.  I just tried calling again and was hung up on while I was on hold.  I was just charged the subscription fee again and can't get a hold of customer service.  Needless to say, between my daughter losing several hundred dollars to the card thief and then never being able to replace the card, cancel the card, or contact a person to talk to about the situation I am frustrated and angry about the entire situation.
