Do I Need To Exit App?

The app is designed to stay signed in, so there is no need to exit. Once done using the app, simply close or switch to another app. Our app will remain signed in on the “Select Profile” page (where someone would need to enter a specific PIN to enter an account).

If someone explicitly signs out and needs to get back in, just:

  1. Tap “Sign In” from the screen asking if you already use the app again
  2. Choose to Sign In with the main account phone number or email on the account
  3. Enter the number or email and hit enter to receive a five letter code
  4. Enter the code in the space available and you’re in!
  5. the main parent will receive an email with instructions when you want to enter the app again.

The code only lasts a few minutes and you may need to try again if the first code doesn’t work due to expiration.

Not Receiving The Code - If you didn’t receive the code, please make sure you have your notifications turned on. Notifications allow us to communicate important information to you and we’ll never use this for marketing purposes. Go to “Settings” in the app, then “Notifications” to make sure they are on. If activated, you’ll need to connect with an agent.
