Card Hasn't Arrived

Typically orders are created and delivered in about 10 business days (though mail delays are possible due to local weather). If you’ve waited more than 12 business days and the card hasn’t arrived, please contact one of our agents so we can help locate the card order.

  • 15 business days and still no card. I followed the steps and paid the 5 dollars, I expect my card to arrive. This process so complicated and disorganized, I’m tempted to find a more reliable provider.
