Fees can happen as a result of misuses of a card. We allow for four declines each month before any fee is charged. The most common fees our card users may encounter are:
– International Transaction Fee – $2.50 (can be assessed if it’s a foreign website or store)
– Card decline – $.50 (PIN or NSF - Insufficient Funds, starting on the fifth decline in a month)

The fees they charge for declines are ridiculous. My daughter’s card was skimmed. I canceled it and they are still charging fees from someone trying to use it.
