Replacing a Lost/Stolen Card

If the card is truly lost, stolen or damaged, you can get a replacement by:

  1. Tapping “SETTINGS” from the parent dashboard and press “CARDS”.
  2. Tap the three dots on the card image for the child and press “REPORT LOST OR STOLEN”. The old card will be canceled and a duplicate ordered. The replacement cost for the new card is $5.

If you think the card is just misplaced, you can place a 24-hour hold on it by contacting our support team during regular business hours. Once found we can reactivate the card, but after 24 hours, the old card will be automatically canceled.
